Let’s peel the skins of the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Then, let’s chop the onion to be piyaz and mix it with our hands.
Let’s heat the oil that we have taken into the stove and fry our potatoes in plenty of oil until they turn golden yellow, stirring from time to time.
Let’s take our fried potatoes on a plate with paper towels. Let’s fry the remaining potatoes in the same way.
After peeling the membrane of our liver, let’s cut it into cubes and put it in a wire strainer and let the blood filter. Since the liver is not washed, it will be sufficient to clean the blood in this way.
Let’s take Bodrum flour in a wide plate, take our lungs inside and mix it well.

Add Bodrum cumin Powder, Bodrum powdered red pepper, Bodrum chilli pepper and Bodrum sumac and mix all the ingredients well.
