Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to amend or change your order. If the order hasn't yet been processed, we may be able to make changes to it. You can email us through hello@foodsklep.com or through the contact form below.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are not able to fulfil any orders from outside of the United Kingdom.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, depending on availability of stock. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been packed and dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of items sold on our website, we are not able to accept any returns. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order, and a member of our team will provide you with the necessary assistance. How long will it take to receive my refund?
