At FoodSklep, we’re committed to getting your favourite food products delivered fresh and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email once your order is confirmed and another once it has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping Rates are determined by weight. A breakdown is as follows:
- £6.59 on all orders up to 9kg.
- £10.19 on all orders between 9kg and 18.5kg
- £16.78 on all orders between 18.5kg and 27.5kg
- £20.38 on all orders above 27.5kg
- Estimated order dispatch times: 1–3 business days
- We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Free Shipping
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over £70.00.
- Applies to eligible products and destinations within the UK.
Shipment Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the link in the email.
- Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to become available.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@foodsklep.com with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
- Some items may be restricted in certain areas due to legal limitations.
Delays and Issues
- While we aim for timely delivery, delays can happen due to weather, courier issues, or high demand.
- If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@foodsklep.com.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of goods sold, we are unable to accept returns.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@foodsklep.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
