Thank you for shopping at Food Sklep. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

·      Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

·      Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

·      Service refers to the Website.

·      Website refers to Food Sklep, accessible from https://foodsklep.com/

·      You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order until the time Your Order has been dispatched.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email, hello@foodsklep.com

We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. You will be reimbursed the total value of Your Order within 1-5 business days.

 

Returns

At Foodsklep, We take great care to ensure all Goods are delivered fresh and in excellent condition. As We deal exclusively in food Goods, We are unable to accept returns due to health and safety regulations. 

 

Refunds

If You have received an incorrect, damaged or defective Goods, or if there is a problem with Your Order, please contact Us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and, if appropriate, offer a refund or replacement. To request a refund, please contact Us by email hello@foodsklep.com with Your Order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.
