Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the thyme, pepper, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in the chicken, peas, and vermicelli. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Filiz Vermicelli
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  • Cook the vermicelli according to the package directions.
  • Drain the vermicelli and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the vermicelli, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and parsley.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 cup Filiz Vermicelli

 

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
  • Drain off any excess grease from the beef.
  • Stir in the salt, pepper, soy sauce, chicken broth, peas, and vermicelli.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through.
  • Serve hot.
